The latest music trends of the new millennium seem to have no effect on this group. They seem to be growing in popularity more and more each year. Their fan club has grown to more than a thousand. They have been opening shows for Merle Haggard, Juice Newton, Lacy J. Dalton, Michael Martin Murphey, and Eddie Raven. They have been named Nevada’s number one western band by governor Kenny C. Guinn. David John has been gaining recognition for his song writing and has been nominated by the W.M.A. as songwriter of the year, 2000. Entertainer of the year, 2001.
